1. General Information:

The Government of Russia provides the escort operation by the Russian Navy for vessels in accordance with the following schedule.

Please notice that Russian Starting Points are as follows:

• Point A: 17-10N, 040-40E 
• Point B: 15-15N, 058-20E

2. Schedule:

There are no convoys expected.

Vessels going to join any of convoys above should arrive at the assembly point at least 2 hrs before the ETD.

Shipping companies and shipmasters, that would like their vessels to join Russian national convoys are kindly requested to submit their applicationsaccording to the Russian application form, as attached, to the Russian Maritime Security Service (RMSS) via e-mail smb@msecurity.ru, isps@msecurity.ru or fax +7 (499) 642-83-29.
