Dear Sir/Madam,

The Russian Maritime Security Service (RMSS) has the honour of advising you that the Russian Navy is to resume

regular escorting of merchant ships through the Gulf of Aden by the Russian warship ADMIRALPATNTELEYEV as from

 the 10th of October 2011. Vessels going to join Russian national convoys should arrive at the assembly point at

 least 2 hrs prior to the ETD.

Convoy assembly points are as follows:

Western point (point A):  17:10 N - 40:40 E

Eastern point (point B):   15:15 N - 58:20 E

Schedule of convoys:

- 10 October 2011– westbound (from point B); ETD is 09:00 Moscow time (05:00 UTC).

- Further dates are to be advised later.

Shipping companies and shipmasters, that would like their vessels to join the Russian national convoy on 10 Oct., 2011 are kindly requested to submit their applications before 08:00 UTC on 07 October , 2011 according to the attached form (see attached file, pls.) to the RMSS via e-mail smb@msecurity.ru or fax +7 (495) 607-01-95.
