 Please note that the each starting point indicates the endpoint for the convoy from the opposite direction(i.e.starting point “A” is the endpoint for the Westbound convoy)

 Our Escorting Warship will be changed to ROKS Wang Geon, Cheong Hae 10th on 23th MAY, so please send your application form to ROKS Wang Geon for Westbound convoy on 0400Z 24th MAY 2012, and Eastbound convoy on 0400Z 27th MAY 2012.

 Notes

All merchant vessels wishing to join the convoy group must submit their application forms directly to ROK Naval Warship carrying out the mission.
- Minimum speed for convoy is 12kts, meaning all vessels wishing to join the convoy group must be able to maintain speed of 12kts throughout the period.
- Please note that the delay in arrival at the rendezvous position for 2 hours will make the convoy by ROK Naval Escort Task Group unavailable.
- At/from 24 hours prior to convoy time, all vessels registered for the convoy must establish initial communication with ROK Naval Escort Task Group, and update its position, course, speed (PCS), and Estimated Time of Arrival(ETA) for every 4 hours.
