1. General Information:

The Government of Russia provides the escort operation by the Russian Navy for vessels in accordance with the following schedule.

Please notice that Russian Starting Points are as follows:

• Point A: 17-10N, 040-40E (Red Sea)
• Point B: 14-24N, 053-00E

2. Schedule:
There are no convoys expected for December 15 and January 16.

Vessels going to join the Westbound convoy above should arrive at the assembly point at least 2 hrs before the ETD.

Shipping companies and shipmasters, that would like their vessels to join Russian national convoys are kindly requested to submit their applications according to the Russian application form (updated November, 2015), as attached, to the Russian Maritime Security Service (RMSS) via e-mail smb@msecurity.ru, isps@msecurity.ru or fax +7 (499) 642-83-29
