由于发展需要，我司自2013年11月1日起变更为“中海油轮运输有限公司”（简称仍为“中海油运”），系中海发展所属全资子公司，原公司“中海发展股份有限公司油轮公司”的全部资产、业务、债权债务由“中海油轮运输有限公司”承继。
