达飞轮船4月15日起征收黑角港集装箱安全费

　　达飞轮船宣布，自2016年4月15日起，进出口至刚果黑角港所有货物(including dry, reefer, out of gauge and breakbulk)征收集装箱安全费(Container Safety Charge)，具体如下：
