1. General Information:

The Government of Russia provides the escort operation by the Russian Navy for all merchant vessels in accordance with the following schedule:

Russian Starting and Ending Points are as follows:

• Point A:  14-30N, 042-00E 
• Point B:  15-00N, 057-00E 

2. Schedule:

    THERE ARE NO SCHEDULED RUSSIAN CONVOYS

Vessels going to join the Russian convoys above should arrive at the assembly point at least one hr before the ETD and report to the warship.

Be advised, pls, that that the warship will offer few armed mariners (4-6), fully equipped and endowed, to be mounted on board of the excorted vessel for the period of GoA transit.

Shipping companies and shipmasters, that would like their vessels to join Russian national convoys are kindly requested to submit their applications using the attached application form (updated Aug 2017) to the Russian Maritime Security Service (RMSS) via e-mail isps@msecurity.ru; smb@msecurity.ru, or fax +7 (499) 642-83-29
